Our clients trust their requests will be submitted right away. Agencies process requests in the order they are received, so it is important to get requests in the agency’s queue as soon as possible. FOIA Professional Services submits requests within 24 hours of receiving a client order. The faster we get the request submitted, the faster the information can come back. Although we cannot control the government’s response time, we can control how fast we submit. We pride ourselves on fast submission so the agency has the request in hand as soon as possible.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Our clients know that we value their privacy. When we submit FOIA requests, our team members who are working on the requests do not know who our clients are. All of our clients are represented by a unique project number in our system. Our client’s name is not listed in our system. Each FOIA Professional Services client has a client number and each request has its own number. We use both the client number and request number to identify the project. We also take measures to secure all documents in our system. We have not had a data breach in our business and take many precautions to continue to protect the information we receive and also all of our data.
